Memorial Jewellery Enquires

Once your order is placed online we will then post you an ashes collection kit. The kit will contain everything you require to send us the ashes.

We ask that you send the filled pack back to us via a fully tracked and signed for delivery service using the packaging and envelope provided. 

If you are not comfortable to collect the ashes yourself or do not want to send them through the post you can bring your ashes to us and we can collect the ashes that we require. 

We treat the ashes with the utmost care and respect. Whilst they are in our care they will be clearly labelled and stored in separate order bags.

We will return your finished jewellery along with any unused ashes to you free of charge via a fully insured and tracked delivery service.
